iPhone almost ready for Businesses
iPhone

Apple's iPhone has been a huge success with home users, but remains unfavorable in corporate environments. In a move to change this Apple has announced that they will release a software update in June for the iPhone which will support synchronization of emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks with Microsoft Exchange servers. Users fed up with Blackberrys or Treos will soon have another (touchscreen) option.

Free Photoshop Express Website Launched

Adobe

Many have proposed that the future of software will all be web-based. Microsoft is finishing up its version of office for the web much like the one Google already has. Adobe recently released a free web-based version of Photoshop. The service is targetted towards home users who want to share and edit photos. Each user receives up to 2GB of storage per account and has the ability to edit the photo using Photoshop Express's tools. Photoshop Express is by no means a Photoshop replacement, but it definitely is a good alternative for anyone who wants to touch-up photographs and share them on the web. To use Photoshop express visit Adobe's site here.

Smartphones to Change Computing Industry
Why have a computer on your desk if it will fit in your pocket? Smartphones, such as the iPhone, LG's Voyager, Treos, etc. are becoming a popular trend around the globe consuming 10% of all mobile phone use. The desktop PC isn't going anywhere, but if you just need to browse the web and check emails then why not just use a smartphone? People are growing impatient in today's world of technology. Everyone wants to check their messages, update their status on social network sites, or do who knows what from anywhere. Well if there's a big enough market and demand of course someone is going to provide these services. Lots of research and developent is being done by major companies such as Google, Intel, ARM, and of course Apple to develop better mobile processors and mobile Operating Systems. Pretty soon "Pocket PCs' or "Smartphones" will be able to do just about anything your PC can (minus resource intensive tasks like video or image editing...). If you're in a third world country and are going to buy your first computer, why not spend $200-$300 to buy one that fits in your pocket?
