Keep the start button open so you can open more than one program at a time.
As you probably know, normally whenever you click on any item in the Programs menu of your START button the menu closes and the selected program opens. If you’d like to keep the START menu open so you can select more than one program just hold down the Shift key while clicking on the START button. The Programs menu will stay open as you open multiple menu items.

Outlook Express Tip: Block Specific Senders’ Messages From Appearing In Your Inbox.
If you use Outlook Express you can easily automatically prevent messages from a given send from showing in your Inbox. While in Outlook Express click on a message from someone whose e-mail you don't want to read; then click on the Message Menu tab at the top of the screen; then click on the Block Sender option. All future e-mails from that sender will automatically be filed in your Deleted Items folder when they arrive, rather than being listed in your Inbox. To reverse this action just click on the Tools tab at the top of Outlook Express; hover over Message Rules then click on Blocked Senders List and remove the sender from your Blocked Senders List.
